The staff at Henry Motors is top notch!! We found our perfect van on car guru's at Henry Motors. I called and talked to Briana. She was so friendly and helpful from the hello to last good bye. She knew everything there was to know about the van without having to ask someone else. We live 2.5 hours away and have less than ideal credit so I asked to talk to finance before we drove all the way there. Jake, the finance manager, was just as wonderful. He informed us of our option ... s including doing a pre-qualification. We pre-qualified and he called me back within 20 minutes of our initial conversation. We made the trip to Nebraska City where the customer service continued. We went for our test drive (alone- I hate when the salesperson goes with it's so awkward so I'm glad she did not). When we got back Briana put cartoons on the TV for our kids while she answered any questions and we talked with Jake. Some dealerships the finance person is the worse- they can be really pushy for all those warranties and such. Not Jake. He gave us options and explained them well but never pushed us into anything. While I signed paperwork the owner introduced himself and made conversation to my husband- he was extremely friendly as well. I cannot speak enough good things about how great our experience was buying our family van. Seriously 10/10 recommend Henry Motors.

Bought a 2019 silverado from these guys worked with Chris. Let me tell you I wasted time at Baxter, Beardmore and woodhouse. The quality of there truck and the others were not even on the same level I wasted trips to each one of these other dealers and the back and forth hidden numbers and games I said screw or and even returned a truck to Baxter over the 7 day buy back. Went to Henry motors in Nebraska City beat decision I’ve ever made from start to finish and my credit wasn’t hammered on. Very pleased and if anyone’s in the market for a pre owned vehicle these are your guys you won’t be disappointed.
